Branislav Trifunović was born in Bačka Palanka. He graduated from the Faculty of Technical Sciences at the University of Novi Sad, obtaining the title of Master Engineer in Management.
He began his professional career in June 1992 in the financial sector of the Yugobanka. Shortly afterwards, Branislav Trifunović dedicated his professional career to the insurance industry. From 1993 to 2010, he was employed with the DDOR Novi Sad in the Bačka Palanka branch, holding the responsible managerial positions.
Since 2010, Branislav Trifunović has been employed with the Dunav Insurance Company, first as the Director of the Main Insurance Branch Office in Sremska Mitrovica, and later as the Sales Director for the Northern Region.
From January to December 2014, he performed the duty of a member of the Supervisory Board of Dunav Bank, where he was appointed as the representative of the majority shareholder, the Dunav Insurance Company.
Since 2008, Branislav Trifunović has held a license of the National Bank of Serbia to perform duties of informing about membership and operations of Dunav Voluntary Pension Fund Management Company (DVPFMC), where he served as the Chair of the Supervisory Board from August 2017 to August 2020. In August 2020, he was appointed the Executive Director of that Company.
As of 4 March 2026, Branislav Trifunović holds the position of Chair of the Executive Board of Dunav Insurance Company.
He is married and the father of two children.

Member of the Executive Board, Dunav Insurance Company
Nikoleta Šubert was born in 1973 in Sarajevo, where she completed her primary and secondary education. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and is currently pursuing her Master’s degree.
With a distinguished career spanning over 25 years in life insurance sales and business development, Ms. Šubert built her professional experience at Grawe, DDOR Unipol, and Triglav Insurance.
Her career at Dunav Insurance Company began in 2013, when she was appointed Director of the Life Insurance and Marketing Directorate. She later assumed the role of Director of the Main Life Insurance Branch, and since 2018 has successfully led the Life Insurance Sales Directorate. On 4 March 2026, she was appointed Member of the Executive Board of Dunav Insurance Company.
Ms. Šubert holds numerous professional certifications, including licenses in insurance intermediation and mediation, as well as fraud prevention and anti-money laundering. Throughout her career, she has been an active speaker and participant at industry conferences, panel discussions, and seminars, focusing primarily on insurance education, sales strategies, and financial literacy initiatives — including the Economic Forum organized by the Youth Office of the Government of the Republic of Serbia.
She is fluent in English and Turkish, and is married with two children.
Radmila Ranković

Radmila Ranković was born in 1984 in Belgrade, where she completed her primary education, before continuing her secondary education in Budapest. She holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Economics and completed her Master’s degree in Economics in November 2021.
She began her professional career abroad before joining Dunav Insurance Company in 2019 as a Claims Adjuster within the Claims Directorate. In September 2020, she was appointed Junior Corporate Marketing Specialist at the Corporate Marketing and Customer Care Centre.
She was appointed Head of Communications in 2021, and in August 2023 became Director of the Marketing Centre.
On 8 July 2026, Radmila Ranković was appointed Member of the Executive Board of Dunav Insurance Company.
She is fluent in English and Hungarian, and is married with one child.
Ivan Batinica

Ivan Batinica was born in 1979 in Zemun, where he completed his primary and secondary education. In 2006, he graduated from the Faculty of Finance, Banking and Insurance at the University of Belgrade, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Banking Management.
Mr. Batinica began his professional career in 2002 as a broker with City Trust Securities. In 2004, he joined Dunav Stockbroker, where he worked as a Broker and Investment Analyst until 2007. During this period, he was actively involved in developing and managing institutional investment portfolios and trading accounts, as well as conducting capital market analysis.
In 2007, he transitioned to the Dunav Voluntary Pension Fund Management Company, assuming the roles of Portfolio Manager and Chairman of the Investment Committee. In addition to managing the Fund’s investment portfolio and driving strategic asset allocation decisions, his responsibilities included monitoring market trends, mitigating market risks, and implementing tactical investment strategies to achieve targeted performance. For the past ten years, he has also served as a member of the Investment Committee of Dunav Insurance Company.
Mr. Batinica holds a portfolio manager licence and a broker licence, both issued by the Securities Commission of the Republic of Serbia.
He is fluent in English and German, and is married, with two children.
Andrija Pavlović

Andrija Pavlović was born in 1980 in the place of Ub. He completed his primary and secondary education in Obrenovac.
In 2005, he graduated from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Belgrade, majoring in Finance, Banking, and Insurance. Since 2009, he has held a license issued by the Securities Commission of the Republic of Serbia to perform portfolio management activities.
Andrija Pavlović began his professional career at Generali Insurance, where he worked from 2006 to 2010 as an Accountant and Investment Analyst. During 2010, he also worked as a Portfolio Manager at Erste Invest a.d. investment fund management company.
By the end of 2010, he joined Dunav Insurance Company as Investment and Placement Specialist. From 2014 to 2021, he served as Director of the Controlling Sector, after which he was appointed Director of the Finance Function.
From 2014 to 2020, Andrija Pavlović was a member of the Board of Directors of MTS Bank. From 2020 until 2026, he served as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Dunav Voluntary Pension Fund Management Company.
On 21. July 2026, Andrija Pavlović was appointed Member of the Executive Board of Dunav Insurance Company.

Bojan Raičević was born on 26 August 1984 in Belgrade, where he completed his primary and secondary education. He graduated in 2007 from the Faculty of Management at the European University in Belgrade, earning a degree in Small and Medium Enterprise Management.
In 2014, he furthered his academic credentials by obtaining the title of Master Manager in Management and Business from the Faculty of Applied Management, Economics and Finance in Belgrade.
He established his initial professional foundation in sales, marketing, and management between 2003 and 2010, holding roles within: Broliano LTD, Nicosia, Cyprus, Naftna Industrija Srbije, and Goty d.o.o.
In 2010, Mr. Raičević joined Dunav Insurance Company. During his tenure, he served as a coordinator and specialist in life insurance, gaining extensive expertise and delivering notable business results. His leadership trajectory continued with his appointment in 2018 as the Director of the Main Insurance Branch within the Life Sales Directorate. From 2020 to 2025, he served as a distinguished Member of the Company’s Executive Board.
Since 2010, he has been employed with Dunav Insurance Company, holding positions as coordinator and specialist in life insurance, where he gained significant experience and achieved notable business results. In 2018, he was appointed Director of the Main Insurance Branch within the Directorate for Life Insurance Sales of Dunav Insurance Company, and from 2020 to 2025 he served as a member of the Company’s Executive Board.
Thereafter, he performed advisory roles in the subsidiaries Dunav Stockbroker and Dunav Voluntary Pension Fund.
From December 2023 to January 2025, he also served as President of the Assembly of EXPO 2027. In addition, since June 2022, he has been a member of the Supervisory Board of the subsidiary Dunav Auto.
On 29 April 2026, Bojan Raičević was appointed President of the Supervisory Board of Dunav Insurance Company.
He speaks English and has a working knowledge of German. He is the father of three children.
