At the meeting held on 3 February 2009, the Managing Board of Dunav Insurance a.d.o. passed the resolution to appoint Milenka – Mila Jezdimirović for the acting General Manager, in accordance with the Articles of Association of the Dunav Insurance Company, effective as of 4 February 2009, for the period of six months maximum. At the same meeting, Mirko Petrović, M.A., due to the expiry of his term of office, was resolved as the General Manager as of 3 February 2009.

Milenka - Mila Jezdimirović, Bachelor of Laws, has worked directly with 10 Serbian Ministers of Finance in the Ministry of Finance for 25 years and spent 7 years in banking (public finance, budgeting, finance and budgeting inspection) as a special advisor to the President of the Commercial Bank AD Beograd, as a President of the Board of Affiliation of the Commercial Bank in Montenegro, advisor in the Sector of Internal Audit and authorised representative of the Commercial Bank in the Board of Trustees of Jugobanka in receivership.

As the expert in the area of public finance, for good many years has been the member of the Ministry of Public Administration and Local Government in charge of assessing professional examinations taken in this area. She is also the national professional consultant of the World Bank, UNDP, MSP – Swiss organisation for the support to municipalities. She is an authorised court expert in the area of economy and finance – specialist in public finance – taxes, budgets, provision of expert opinion in insurance, accounting and audit.
